A Year of Meaningful Transformation

This year marked a major step forward for the firm, driven by new leadership and meaningful platform innovation. With Larry Restieri officially joining as CEO and Randy Bullard stepping in as Head of Investment Management, Hightower has set the stage for a more unified and technology-forward future.

Their arrival aligns with the upcoming rollout of Hightower One, our new centralized operating system designed to simplify portfolio management, streamline trading and operations, and give advisors more time to focus on clients.

We are thankful and eager for the platform’s launch in early 2026, representing a significant milestone in our evolution.

Learning, Sharing & Connecting

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the 2025 Hightower Investment Forum in Louisville. We spent three days discussing markets, innovation, and long-term opportunity with leading economists and strategists who shared a broadly optimistic outlook.

And of course, we capped things off with an unforgettable keynote from NFL legend Terry Bradshaw, who delivered a perfect mix of wisdom, humor, and one-of-a-kind storytelling.

Equities and Market Leadership

We’re especially grateful for our equities team, who helped our advisors navigate a market that has surged roughly 38% since the April lows.

Their early recognition of key themes: AI investment and related utilities, onshoring, supply-chain rebuilding, and continued consumer resilience, allowed portfolios to benefit meaningfully from the rally.

With U.S. growth still strong, supported by the Atlanta Fed’s GDPNow tracking around 4.1%, the team’s ability to separate noise from true structural drivers has been a major contributor to portfolio success this year.

Fixed Income

We are equally grateful for our fixed income team, whose work uncovered one of the most compelling setups we’ve seen in years.

Long-term municipal bonds were offering yields nearly on par with Treasuries, a rare moment when investors could access tax-free income without a significant yield trade-off.

Their ability to spot this dislocation early allowed many advisors to capture meaningful value while the window was open.

Private Markets

Private Markets saw significant progress as participation continued to grow across practices. A key milestone this year was the development of the Private Market Exchange (PMX), which will centralize and simplify access to private investments once it launches in 2026.

The Interim PMX Portal is already live and laying the groundwork for a more integrated future experience. Our team looks forward to expanding investment ideas across all private market sectors in the year ahead.

Research & Tax Support

We are also deeply appreciative of our operations teams, whose work behind the scenes enables advisors to deliver a seamless client experience. As we head into tax-loss harvesting season, their preparedness and partnership continue to make an enormous difference
